ABOUT ME

I first met grief in 2020, when we lost my teenage cousin, Henry, suddenly. This photo was taken on the lake where he grew up, on the day of his memorial (I’ve written more about our story here). That loss – the deepest I’ve known – changed me in ways I’m still understanding. If you’re here, you must be changing, too.

In 2025, I became a certified grief educator, trained under David Kessler, one of the leading voices in modern grief work. Kessler defines grief as “any change you didn’t want” (a death, a job loss, a break-up, a change in your identity…). Outside this practice, I’ve spent the last ten years in leadership roles at top communications and insights organizations. I know what it means to hold responsibility, to perform when things are breaking privately, and to navigate loss while the world keeps moving.

Our work together will help you persist through the changes in your life, better understand your own internal landscape, and find glimmers of purpose and meaning in what’s ahead.
