Our 1x1 sessions begin with a grounding in where you are, at the moment we meet. However messy it all might feel to you, this is the perfect place to start. 

From there, my job is to help you clear the clutter: illuminating what your body, mind and spirit already know underneath it all. We’ll do this through conversation, pattern noticing, attention to sensation, and homework (think of these as practical experiments rooted in the profound). As things begin to shift, curiosity will be our north star. 

If you’re navigating loss, our time together will be rooted in David Kessler’s six needs of the grieving. These aren’t linear, entirely sequential or steps for you to “do.” Just know that I’ll be attending to them.

  • To have your pain witnessed

  • To express your feelings

  • To release the burden of guilt

  • To be free of old wounds

  • To integrate the pain and the love

  • To find meaning

Ultimately, we’ll work to soften the edges, lay down the struggle, and let new light shine in.
